For a flat monthly or annual fee, subscribers can redeem a hot or cold beverage once every two hours. This subscription model acts as a highly effective loss leader. By encouraging frequent restaurant visits, it significantly increases the likelihood that subscribers will purchase high-margin accompanying items like bakery goods or lunch entrees.
