Welcome to AppiReview.com. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the AppiReview website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated agent.
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or a detailed description).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing on AppiReview.com, including the specific URL(s) of the page(s) where the material is located.
- Your contact information, including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notice must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.
