This Privacy Policy explains how ERACLICK MEDIA LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit AppiReview.com (the "Site"). The Site is a review and information portal for mobile applications and games.
By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When you visit the Site we, our hosting provider, and our analytics and advertising partners automatically receive information such as:

The Site does not have user accounts, user comments, or any other interactive form that collects personal information beyond direct correspondence.

- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing audiences used to show you our advertising on Google Search, YouTube, and partner sites. Manage Google ad personalization.
- Google AdSense — third-party display advertising shown within the Site. Google's DART cookie and similar identifiers may be used to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Google ad technologies and partners.
We may add additional vendors (for example, Microsoft Advertising) in the future. This Policy will be updated before any new vendor begins collecting data.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we do allow advertising partners to use cookies and similar identifiers to deliver personalized advertising — under California's CPRA this practice is treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As a Hong Kong-incorporated entity, we comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) in respect of personal data collected through the Site.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted to and stored on the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and several of our third-party providers (notably Google) process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we and our providers rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses to protect data leaving your jurisdiction.
